The Generalist Division of Obstetrics and Benign Gynecology at Massachusetts General Hospital

The Generalist Division of Obstetrics and Benign Gynecology at Massachusetts General Hospital seeks a board eligible or board certified physician to work full-time in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Mass General Hospital and within its referral system. This physician will also have an academic appointment at Harvard Medical School.

Our Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology strives to deliver world class care with a personal touch. As a member of this division, the physician would provide care on labor and delivery that includes supervision of residents and medical students as well as consultation to midwives.

The outpatient obstetrics and gynecology practice includes rendering care in community health centers and private offices, as well as supervision of residents in the benign gynecology clinic. Proficiency in Spanish would be helpful although not required. We are seeking an enthusiastic, personable and astute clinician who is interested in medical student and resident teaching. Collaborative relationships within the department and greater hospital will be essential to success within this busy tertiary care practice.

Competitive salary and opportunities for teaching and professional development are provided.
We are an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
