The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, is seeking a full-time academic obstetrician to join our practice. The department consists of over 40 board-certified physicians providing care to a rich patient mix involving regional, national, and international patients. At Mayo Clinic, you will have the opportunity to develop your own niche in an intellectually stimulating OB practice with unique, medically complex patients, supported by MFM. We have a busy tertiary center practice which delivers approximately 2,400 babies per year. In addition to national referrals, the Rochester practice is the primary referral center for high risk pregnancies from the Mayo Clinic Health System network, encompassing over 6,000 deliveries annually.

Preferred candidates will be board-certified obstetricians with prior practice experience in an academic setting and a demonstrated commitment to obstetrical research. The successful candidate should expect to progress in academic rank through an appointment to the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine with opportunities to secure teaching and examining privileges. This individual will have dedicated time to participate in leadership roles according to interests.
