OB/GYN Attending Physician

 

We currently have an exceptional opportunity for an Ob/Gyn physician to join our Vanderbilt University Medical Center Generalist Group. The position involves inpatient and outpatient care as well as working with Medical Students, Residents & Fellows in our community-based practice at NorthCrest Hospital in Springfield, TN.  We are seeking a faculty member with established clinical and academic expertise in general obstetrics and gynecology. Documented experience in a leadership role in an academic environment is desirable. Academic rank and compensation are competitive and commensurate with educational background, experience and career goals.

Full-time OBGYN

Maimonides Medical Center Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is seeking a full-time Board Certified / Board Eligible (or equivalent) OBGYN for a faculty appointment in Brooklyn, NY.  Academic affiliation is with SUNY Downstate Medical Center.  Primary responsibilities include direct patient care in faculty practice and resident supervision in the ambulatory clinics, operating room, and Labor and Delivery. A commitment to teaching residents and medical students is required.  Scholarly activity involving clinical research, quality improvement projects, and other publications is strongly encouraged.

 

Maimonides is a 705-bed hospital and regional perinatal center and Trauma Center in Brooklyn. We delivered over 8,500 babies last year, and our perinatal testing center performed over 50,000 procedures.
